We stayed here thinking it would feel like a splurge that was actually worth it, but it really didn’t. The room and the add-ons felt overpriced for what we got, and overall the value just wasn’t there for us. It had “resort prices,” but definitely not a “resort stay” kind of experience

We booked this place thinking it would be REALLY kid-friendly, but it was kind of disappointing. The activities for kids felt limited, and the areas that were meant for them were crowded most of the time. The pool was super loud too, so it wasn’t exactly relaxing for us either. For what we paid, I just expected MUCH better family amenities.

We stayed here for a quick trip with the kids, they had a great time, especially at the pool. Compared to some quieter family hotels we’ve stayed at, there was definitely more going on to keep them entertained. That said, it also felt a lot busier and louder than I was hoping for, so it wasn’t exactly relaxing for the adults. The staff were friendly enough and everything was fine overall, but if you’re looking for a calm getaway, this might not be the best pick.

We really liked how quick and easy it was to get to the beach from the resort. It kinda made the whole trip feel more relaxed, especially with the kids along.

I stopped in and expected to be stuck in line for a bit, but it actually moved fast. The staff was friendly too, which made the whole checkout experience smooth and easy

I really wanted to like this place, especially since a friend had recommended it to me, but the room just wasn’t comfortable. The bed felt way too hard, the pillows were flat, and the AC kept bouncing between freezing and too warm. On top of that, I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway, so it was tough to get a good night’s sleep. For the price, I expected better.

The elevator situation ended up being the thing I remember most, and not in a good way. We were constantly standing in the hallway waiting, especially right after check-in and again around dinner. Even with just a small bag or a coffee in hand, it felt like we were stuck there forever.
Taking the stairs wasn’t always realistic, so we didn’t have much choice. When we asked about it, no one really had a helpful answer. For the price we paid, spending that much time just trying to get back to our room was frustrating.

The resort seemed clean from what I noticed. Our room smelled fresh and the bathroom was in good shape. I did see some crumbs near the elevators, though I can’t remember exactly which area it was. Not a big deal, just something I noticed

Umm, the parking was close enough to where I needed to go, but it definitely took a bit of time to find an open spot. Not terrible, just not super convenient either.

I had a really good stay here, mainly because the staff made everything feel easy. The front desk was super approachable, and people around the property actually smiled, said hi, and helped out when we needed something. I’ve stayed at similar hotels where the service feels kind of cold or rushed, so this place stood out in a nice way. We did have one small issue that took a little longer than expected to fix, but they were kind about it and kept a good attitude. I’d definitely come back.

For some reason, our room just felt like it hadn’t been taken care of in a while. There was peeling paint, the carpet looked worn, and a couple of the bathroom fixtures were loose. Even the hallways looked beat up. For what we paid, I expected it to be kept in much better shape. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to stay there again.

Staff was nice. Check-in was slow. Nobody really seemed eager to help. Not terrible. Just average.

There was plenty to do onsite, and the amenities were nice. I just kind of regret not realizing how busy it would be, because it made it a little harder to fully relax and enjoy everything.

I booked a room online, then called the hotel and somehow they had completely different dates in their system. It was ridiculous and felt like amateur hour trying to get it sorted out. It took way too long, and by the end I didn’t trust the reservation enough to keep it

The room was clean for the most part, and I felt comfortable during my stay. I noticed a little dust here and there, but nothing major or worth stressing over.

Check-in was a mess. It felt like everything was supposed to be simple and taken care of, but once I got there, it was a totally different story. I stood around waiting forever and couldn’t get anyone to actually help. Definitely had that bait-and-switch feeling where the experience didn’t match what I expected at all

I’m not saying I expected total silence, but the rooms were way too loud at night. There was music, people in the hallway, and I could hear the guests next door so clearly it felt like they were basically in our room. So yeah, totally fine, I guess… if sleeping isn’t part of your plan. It wasn’t a relaxing stay at all.

We ended up sitting around way longer than expected before anyone really helped us. After a while, it kind of set the tone for the whole meal...

We spent a good chunk of our time at the pool, the kids had a blast. The area itself was nice, but it filled up way faster than I expected. We had to wander around for a bit before finally finding some chairs, which was a little annoying. A few spots could’ve used some extra cleaning too, but nothing that ruined the day. Overall, we still had a decent time and the kids were happy, so that helped.

I had a decent time overall, the games were fun and there’s enough to keep you busy. That said, a couple of machines ate my credits, which was frustrating. It also got loud and crowded really fast, and I personally prefer places that feel a bit more organized and easier to move around in. I’d probably go again, but maybe during a quieter time.
